A Couple of Cuties – May Linky Party with Vintage Photo Creative Scraps

Hello, everyone and Happy May!  It’s the first Monday of this gorgeous new month, so you know what that means – Crafty Secrets Linky Party time!  This month’s challenge is “Anything Goes,” and I decided to play with the new Digital Vintage Photo Creative Scraps.  Here’s a look at the card I made:

They sure are a couple of cuties!  They came from the Vintage Photo scraps, as did the frame and sentiment.  I sized everything in Word and printed it out.  A little later in this post I’ve got a quick tutorial on how I made the little frame for the picture, so stick around!  The tag and other little goodies came from the Travel Creative Scraps.  I added some crumpled kraft paper behind the picture, stitched around the edges, and glued it all to a brown card base.  Here’s the inside:

I chose “Congratulations” to go on the inside because I thought this would make an adorable card for a newly married couple.  It could also work as an engagement card, or any other milestone for that matter!  Here’s a quick look at how I made the frame on the front:
